For years, I struggled, blaming toxic skincare products and trying conventional treatments that only worsened the condition. Frustrated and determined, I stripped back my routine and relied on simple, natural remedies. While my skin and hair saw noticeable improvements, the Seborrheic Dermatitis persisted until I found my solution in the unexpected combination of egg yolks, tea tree oil, and MCT oil.

These experiences are testaments to the efficacy of natural solutions. They taught me invaluable lessons about the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right tools and environment. Through trial, research, and persistence, I’ve learned that nature often provides the most powerful answers to modern health challenges.

PrimalSol’s first product, HeyEgghead, embodies this philosophy. It’s a reflection of my journey and passion for empowering others to achieve their healthiest selves naturally. Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a focus on nutrition, I’ve spent over half a decade immersing myself in the study of how the body thrives through holistic care.
